Privacy
Collect less. Protect what is necessary.
This website is designed to minimise personal data, avoid unnecessary tracking and keep beneficiary information out of public project records.
Information this site may collect
When connected to a verified service, enquiry and complaints forms may collect the details someone chooses to provide so Bidaya can respond. Donation providers may process payment information under their own privacy terms; Bidaya’s frontend must not store payment card details.
How information should be used
Personal information should be used only for the purpose explained at collection, retained only as long as necessary and shared only where there is a lawful, proportionate reason.
Beneficiary and project data
Public project records should not contain medical case details, safeguarding information, identity documents or sensitive exact household locations. Communications media should remain separate from case-management records.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics are enabled by default. If analytics are added later, the privacy notice and consent approach must be updated before data is collected.
Your choices
Verified contact details and a formal data-rights route will be added when Bidaya’s legal entity and responsible contact are confirmed. This page does not invent a data controller address or registration detail.
