A voluntary, separately designated faith programme for providing Qur'ans through verified local education and community operators.

The programme is intended for people who choose to receive and use a Qur'an through an appropriate local operator.
Food, water, housing, welfare and other humanitarian assistance remain need-based. Receiving help is never conditional on worship, religious study, publicity or accepting religious materials.
