Continuation

We don't leave when construction ends.

The field plan builds follow-up and local operating capacity into the programme from the beginning.

At opening

Safe, documented acceptance

Permissions, tests, training, operator responsibilities, asset records and defect routes are checked before handover.

From plan to evidence

A target moves only when the record moves.

Future updates will distinguish surveyed, permitted, contracted, started, completed, safe to use and verified in use. Until then, every mission record remains planned.
